15mm DBR Renaissance Swedes v Germans

6 people participated in this game to study this most popular system of the

Renaissance field battles. Cheung Kar Fai, Philip Ngo & Christopher Chu

commanded the Swedish.  The German Catholics were led by Alex Lam,

Hermann Ng & James Cheung.

As it turned out, the Swedish line advanced aggressively in a block of infantry and

the sharpest Swedish force, armed with pistols, also started to attack on the left

wing. Unfortunately, it was repulsed by the German Lancers.

The Swedes had an element on the flank overlapped over and over again, but their

enemies couldn't inflict many casualties.  Eventually, both wings of the Swedish

army were able to kill the requisite number of elements and somehow managed to

pull off a win despite all odds.
